MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Reading Buccaneers Drum & Bugle Corps is to provide men and women of all ages a unique and enriching educational experience in the performing arts in which they develop as individuals and as performers.

The all-age drum and bugle corps activity, a distinctive and competitive art form that combines musical, visual and athletic elements, is the focal point of our program. We value – and teach – teamwork, dedication to excellence and performance, personal responsibility, sportsmanship, and camaraderie. We represent and serve our community with pride and distinction, and are faithful stewards of the long-standing traditions of entertainment, excellence, innovation, and honor that define us.
