Amy dulaney

Amy Dulaney is looking forward to her sixth year on staff with the Buccaneers Visual Team! She was a member of the Buccaneers in 2017 and 2018, and a member of the Boston Crusaders in 2019.
Since 2018, she has taught various high school marching band programs along with indoor percussion. In 2022, she joined the Buccaneers' visual staff and has been on board ever since. When she’s not at drum corps, she loves working as a middle school band director and spending time with her pets!

Lydia Beam is very excited to return as Choreographer for the 2027 season!
Lydia marched with the Reading Buccaneers from 2013-2016, and in 2017 toured with The Blue Knights. Lydia was on visual staff and the horn-line choreographer for The Buccaneers from 2018-2020. She then was the visual captain head of the Reading Buccaneers from 2022-2025. Lydia has also choreographed for high school groups such as Westfield HS (NJ), Allentown HS (PA), Ridley HS (PA), Liberty HS (MD), and Greendale HS (WI).
She has performed with dance groups such as FRWRD dance company, Souls of the Feet dance company, Allied Motion dance company, and Central Pennsylvania Dance Workshop.
Outside of drum corps, Lydia currently dances with FRWRD Dance Company and runs the dance program for the Lancaster City Recreation Commission. Lydia lives in Lancaster City, PA with her husband and two cats. Lydia is very excited to be back for the 2027 season!

Shelby Wendling is excited for her first year on staff with the Buccaneers visual team! She started her movement career as a gymnast and then moved on to marching with the RBCG in 2023 and 2026, Pacific Crest color guard in 2025, and George Mason University Indoor Drumline in 2024-2026.
When she is not at drum corps, she is a chemist and loves to dance!
James griffin
James Griffin is very excited to return for the 2027 season! James marched in the baritone section with the Reading Buccaneers from 2011-2012 and from 2014 - 2018 (where he also served as section leader). He also marched in 2019, but on trumpet!
James has taught with several Northeast high school marching bands such as Boyertown High School (PA), and Arundel High School (MD), where he helped both programs progress, leading to State Championships in their respective circuits.

Returning to his first drum corps home is Jeff Leager.
Jeff’s drum corps career began with the Buccaneers in 2010 as a member of the hornline and evolved from there, working with several corps over the past 16 years, including Windsor Regiment, Fusion Core, and most recently the Jersey Surf, where he began in 2018 as a member of the visual team and continued to serve as the corps’ Visual Caption Head for the 2023 & 2024 seasons as well as membership experience coordinator.
Jeff is an active middle school band director in Delaware’s Appoquinimink School District, where he is the Director of Bands at Louis L. Redding Middle School, overseeing students in grades 6-8. Jeff is currently the President-Elect of the Delaware Music Educators Association (DMEA), where he and the organization work in multiple facets to strengthen and support music education programs, their students, and their teaching professionals throughout the state. One of his highlights through his work with DMEA is the mentorship opportunities he has working with pre-service teachers at the University of Delaware & Delaware State University, preparing the next generation of music educators for success in the music classroom.
Outside of teaching and his association duties, Jeff is an avid conductor, designer, and clinician working with numerous school & community programs throughout Delaware and multiple marching arts ensembles in the fall.
Caroline Little

Caroline Little is excited for her first season on staff with the Buccaneers Vis Team! Caroline marched mellophone with the Reading Buccaneers in 2023, and spent 2024 and 2025 with the Madison Scouts.
Caroline currently serves as the Band, Orchestra, and Marching Band Director at South River High School and Band Director at Central Middle School in Anne Arundel County, MD, as well as a field technician for Century High School. Previously, she worked as a field technician for Mt. Hebron High School Marching Band and served as a drum major for two years with the world-famous Towson University Marching Band.
When not doing band, Caroline enjoys spending time with her cat, Nermal, and playing viola.
Lou Zanine

Lou Zanine is excited to return for his 27th year with the Buccaneers, serving as an instructor on the visual staff. He brings with him a wealth of teaching experience from across the marching arts, including marching band, drum corps, and indoor guard, as well as judging marching bands and indoor ensembles.
Chris houck

Chris Houck is thrilled to return for his 8th year on the Buccaneer Visual Staff in 2027. He joined the staff in 2019 to help improve member fitness and uphold the standards of visual excellence.
Chris’s experience in drum corps started with the Reading Buccaneers in 2013, where he marched in the hornline for 3 non-consecutive seasons. He continued his drum corps career for his age-out season with The Cadets in 2015, earning the Jim Ott Award for best brass.
Outside of drum corps, Chris is a Math Teacher and Track Coach at Manheim Township High School, where he has been for the past 6 years.
Mike McNeill

Mike McNeill is proudly looking forward to returning to The Reading Buccaneers Visual Staff in 2027. A graduate of River Hill HS (Columbia, MD) and Penn State University, Mike has spent the majority of their life involved in the marching arts. Following seven seasons as a baritone performer with Jersey Surf (2008-2010) and The Cadets (2011-2014),
Mike joined the Buccaneers in 2015 as a Visual Instructor. Between their experiences in the arts and their studies of health sciences, Mike relishes the ability to meld the two to perfect the visual performance of the members.
While away from the Buccaneers, Mike resides in Newark, DE, working as a paramedic for the local government.
